At ANTPAL STORE, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds below.
1. Cancellations
Before Shipping: We accept order cancellations for a full refund at any time before the product is produced or shipped.
After Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
2. Returns (30-Day Guarantee)
You have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of receiving your product.
Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to complete the process.

3. Shipping Fees for Returns
Customer’s Responsibility: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Fees depend on the carrier you choose.
Our Responsibility: If the product arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, ANTPAL STORE will cover all shipping costs.
No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom-ordered or personalized items are not eligible for the 30-day refund policy unless they arrive damaged.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Funds will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–7 business days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first double-check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
